Shipping - New Zealand

We ship Monday to Friday so Saturday and Sunday orders will be processed Monday (which means no overnight for Sat-Sun orders).

Shipping - International

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – WORLDWIDE DELIVERY Yes, we ship our products worldwide, (except Prohibited Items). For order requests outside New Zealand please send an export enquiry request (CLICK HERE) so we can quote you, along with options for shipping.

NOTE; Importation requirements – Laws vary for every country, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to ensure that you can LEGALLY import the said product you want to order. Also, each specific country we export to have their own customs duties, customs vat / tax etc., and applicable additional freight and clearing charges. Please enquire with your local customs department to verify tariff heading, tariff codes, and possible import duties charges etc., that you may incur.

CRAFTYS accepts NO RESPONSIBILITY for Legality or Additional Charges for your Importation.

Prices

For most orders we have a $8.50 shipping fee, $11.50 for rural addresses. For larger items & Larger Quantities of items additional fees may apply.

Most courier companies charge based on weight or size, generally what is bigger & upto 25kgs. If we have to send your order from a supplier, we’ll pay any additional freight cost. If you’re ordering more than 1 item and the combined weight (or size equivalent) is more than 25kgs we reserve the right to charge additional freight.

From time to time we might offer freight specials, or even free freight. These offers will also be based on 25kgs.

Track your orders

Craftys Rods & Guns aim to get your orders to you within 1-5 working days. For most non Rural Deliveries you can expect to see your order the following business day.

New Zealand purchases will be despatched by Courier Post Parcels Track & Trace. Once despatched we will email you a tracking number for your reference.

You will be able to track your parcel by visiting http://trackandtrace.courierpost.co.nz and entering the tracking number. For delayed delivery please try this before contacting us.

Expected delivery times once you receive your tracking reference is, by 4pm, overnight for North Island (excluding Northland – add 1 day), 2 Days for South Island, & for RURAL please add an extra day delivery delay to either Island.

Returns Policy

This policy does not waiver your standard statutory rights, under New Zealand Consumer Law & The Fair Trading Act (Where Applicable), but offers you an even greater level of service.

If you are unhappy with a product for any reason, you may return it to our warehouse at your expense for a refund of the purchase price less a 20% restocking & handling fee, within 7 days of purchase.

We ask that you retain your original invoice as proof of purchase & return the goods in a Resalable Condition with all original packaging, & manuals etc., intact.

For all returns, you are required to send the product & a copy of your invoice with a written description / explanation of the reason for return, back to us for one of our staff to inspect.

Damaged or Non-Delivered Articles

There is only a small window of opportunity for us to be able to claim for missing parcels with courier companies. Failure to notify us in the above time frames may result in no refund.

Firearms

You are required to provide a police signed proof of identification on all purchases of firearms and ammunition. This is to confirm with legal requirements to ensure you are over 18. Our Firearms form can be found here
